Introduction to Release Notes

Welcome to the Release Notes section. This section provides an overview of the latest updates, features, and improvements in our software. It aims to keep you informed about what's new, resolved issues, and any significant changes that may affect your usage.

We aim to release 6 General Availability releases per year, on average every 2 months.

We run an agile development process with 2-week sprints that provides a structured yet flexible framework for delivering value to customers through iterative progress. This approach balances short-term focus with meaningful output, enabling development teams to prioritise tasks, gather frequent feedback, and quickly adapt to changes. Key elements include sprint planning, daily stand-ups, execution, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. By defining clear goals, maintaining a prioritised backlog, and limiting work in progress, teams can stay aligned and avoid burnout. Regular retrospectives ensure challenges are addressed, while celebrating successes boosts morale, making 2-week sprints an efficient method for achieving Agile objectives. Out of each sprint we create a new beta build, which can be tracked under the We are always keen for customers to try out our beta builds prior to general release. If you are interested please contact the support desk to be included in these cycles.
