# Administration

Administrators are not able to view mails in the archive! Their task is just to configure the system.

There are different administrative areas, depending on the Cryoserver license and setup:

* On-Premise - One Company only system: Administrator is able to access all tenant and global administrative sections.
* A tenant on a multi-tenant service: The tenant's administrators will only be able to access certain administration panels depending on their license or requirements.  These will not include any global configuration. 
* A multi-tenant Cryoserver adds the following special administrative types to add and manage the tenants on that system:
  * Super User: Able to maintain all tenants as well as global configuration.
  * 'T1' - Distributor or Area manager: Used to group T2 (resellers).
  * 'T2' - Reseller: Able to add and manage their own tenants.  No access to any global configuration.
